Most orders, for items in stock, are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time is only for regular business days and does not include weekend days or holidays). Therefore, typically orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday and orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day.
This brings us to shipping. All items are shipped via 2-3 business day delivery USPS priority mail. When your order has been processed you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking number.

Delivery time: up to 3 business days
Total time to receive your order: up to 4 business days
Exceptions to these quoted times are APO/FPO address deliveries which will be subject to standard delivery times.
Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped; therefore delays in authorization will result in delays beyond the quoted times above.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:
1. Item(s) not available.
2. Difficulty in processing payment information.
3. Cannot ship to address provided.
4. Duplicate order was placed.
5. Cancelled due to a customer request, PRIOR to the order being processed. Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. See returns section.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items:
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order,you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the back ordered item. Back ordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped to you. If for any reason you wish to cancel a back ordered item, please contact us at email@example.com or fill out the customer service contact form on here, and we will be happy to assist you.
If the items received are incorrect, damaged or defective, please refer to “Shortages, Damaged Items, Incorrect Items and/or Defective Products”. If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with your PLUR Cosmetics Online purchase, simply return the unused portion along with a copy of the shipping invoice within 30 days of purchase, and we will be happy to remit the full purchase price to your account. Shipping and handling fees are not subject to refund. For your protection and to ensure timely delivery, we recommend that your return is sent via UPS or insured USPS. The return shipping cost of any returns are also the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning a gift, please check the box marked “Gift Return” on the back of the invoice.

Upon receipt of your returned product, an email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return request.
Please note: Only products purchased through PlurMakeup.com may be returned for refund.
Shortages, Damaged Items, Incorrect Items or Defective Product
All claims for shortages, damaged items, incorrect items and/or defective product need to be placed within five days of receipt of order. Please notify PLUR Cosmetics customer service of the issue immediately.
Order shortages will be processed by the next business day and items will be shipped to you free of charge.
It is expected that light damage to packaging material will happen from time to time in the process of delivering product. However, if your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier significantly enough to damage the product, then save the box and merchandise. The carrier will need to inspect and pick up the damaged package. Replacement product for the damaged goods will be processed by the next business day after the carrier has completed their inspection process, and will be shipped to you free of charge.
For incorrect items and/or defective product, please notify PLUR Cosmetics customer service of the issue immediately. You will be provided with a shipping label via email to return the unused incorrect items and/or defective product to PLUR Cosmetics. Once we have received the returned product(s), a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.
